Services Provided We Are Presence provides high-end Shopify development, digital strategy, and graphic design services. All projects are subject to a separate signed contract.

Appointments Only Consultations are conducted by appointment only to ensure dedicated attention to each client.

Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed, all design concepts and custom code remains the property of We Are Presence until final payment is received.

Limitation of Liability We strive for excellence but are not liable for technical issues arising from third-party platforms (like Shopify or ManyChat) or for the specific commercial success of a project.
